ODEx Technologies LTD grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the website strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. We are registered in Nigeria (RC7356070) and have license to operate within. We provide freelance digital funds exchange for creators and freelancers in Nigeria.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website (together or individually “Service”) operated by ODEX Technologies. Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and ‘agree’ to be bound by them when you create an our on our website.

By using our Service, you consent to receiving newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information that we may send. To access certain features of the Service, you will be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.  You must have a source of income and must be legitimate. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

All transactions are subject to our exchange rates and terms. Users must follow provided instructions during transactions and adhere to specified time frames ( 1 hour ).

Fraudulent funds will not be tolerated or accepted (if found out)

Payouts will occur only after we have confirmed  your payment.

If there is any delay to you getting credited after we have paid, please keep calm till we get it resolved

In cases where a fund a user have exchanged through us was return to the sender and we have paid the user a Naira equivalence. The user is obligated to refund the Naira paid back in full and at once.

Non-compliance may lead to a breach of the agreement, and OD Exchange reserves the right to involve a third party (lawyer or enforcement officer) to verify the information provided by such users for investigations.

We respect your privacy. By using our Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your information. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ODEx Technologies LTD and its licensors. Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ODEx Technologies LTD.

We hold a deep respect for the intellectual property rights of others. Our commitment is to promptly address any claim asserting that Content posted on the Service infringes upon copyright or other intellectual property rights ('Infringement') of any individual or entity.
